INTRODUCTION
To use our services, is to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, then you may not use the services offered.
INTEGRITY AND QUALITY OF SERVICE GUARANTEE:
We limit the number of clients per keyword phrase group to 2 per group for the Page 1 PLUS plan and 3 per group for the Page 1 plan. We do this in order to retain integrity of service and ensure clients receive the highest level of service. If you wish to become a client for a group that is already capped, at your request, we can notify you upon opening of an available slot.

THE SIGN UP PROCESS
We want to make sure you know that you are signing up for a monthly service that will charge your card automatically every month at the rate you signed up at.
In order to sign up for our services you acknowledge that you are authorized to make the decision and payment for your website. Cipher Marketing is not liable for any problems or costs that occur from unauthorized parties subscribing to our services.
During the sign up process you will be required to accept the terms and conditions of service, plus subscribe to the service chosen. We review all new service submissions prior to processing payments, unless you pay through PayPal. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be processed. 24-48 hours applies to business hours of M-F between 8am-5pm PST. There may be times where it will take longer than our normal response time and in these instances we will notify you of the delay.
While we do make every effort to keep the list of closed keyword phrase groups up-to-date, if for any reason you have signed up for a closed group, we will notify you and not process your payment, or if your payment has already been processed, we will refund your money. This also applies to submissions where we do not believe we can fulfill the results advertised. In this case; however, we will notify you of this and provide options, if any, prior to cancellation of service or refunding any money when applicable.
The date in which your payment is processed will be the day that your payment gets processed every month, given that day is a weekday.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel at anytime; however, we do require 14 days prior notice, in writing via email to

, to ensure enough time to proplerly cancel your subscription to our services. If you have set up payment through PayPal, you will have to cancel the subscription through them and cancellation requirements are per their policies for cancelling prior to next charge and supercedes this policy.
REFUND POLICY
As you are subscribing to a monthly service, there are no refunds. When cancelling, per the "cancellation policy," your service will continue through the end of the month paid for.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Cipher Marketing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
RANKING RESULTS
The ranking results advertised are based on track record and the expectation of SEO changes being made. While we make every effort to meet and exceed expectations, there may be times in which we may not attain the ranking sought.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES, CONTRACTORS, SUB-CONTRACTORS
Cipher Marketing reserves the right to use third party servicers, contractors and sub-contractors in order to provide services to you the client. The information to these servicers is limited to the information necessary to provide the service and all privacy will be maintained.
VIDEOS
All embedded tutorial videos are the sole property of Cipher Marketing and you must receive permission from Cipher Marketing in writing to reuse, sell or disburse these videos. The videos are free to view at anytime on our website or through our YouTube channel. Please read our Website Terms and Conditions of Use page for details on use of our website.
